Very Helpful Tool and Great Tech Support

I had some initial problems getting it working and, as another reviewer mentioned, got immediate help via email on a Sunday afternoon. After several emails back and forth, we figured it out. For those that might run into the same problem, the ~/Library folder is hidden by default in Mac OS X v10.9. You have to unhide it for this program to work. Here’s the command:

chflags nohidden ~/Library

Once this is done, the application works great and really hands launchctl to you on a silver platter. I highly recommend it.
